Born and raised in Massachusetts, John attended Fordham University where he was captain of the baseball team and graduated with a degree in Finance. Upon graduating he took a job with a Global 500 company and has covered sales territories in St. Louis, Tampa, and Connecticut. Currently, he lives in Tampa, FL with his wife, and 3 children. His professional experience and knowledge of market analytics, financing, and sales is invaluable in helping The Saco Group, LLC find the right deals and make them a reality
Collin H.
Collin began working in the construction and building operations business after graduating from Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Engineering. Along the way, Collin has acquired multiple professional licenses and designations, including a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license and a New Hampshire Real Estate Salesperson license. These tools allow the Saco Group, LLC to control the transaction and renovation of any given project, while efficiently managing the project's budget and timeline. Collin lives in South Hampton, NH with his wife, and 3 children
